Book Report

The Vampire Tear Chapter 1: A summer job Billy Martin was a tall, handsome, 18 yeas old boy. He had brown hair and blue eyes. He liked to play basketball. He wanted to study Biology at the University of California. He had one sister her name was Michelle Martin, she was 17 years old. She had red hair and blue eyes, she was cute and she enjoyed reading and solving mysteries. They received an e-mail form their best friend Nick Sham. He was a Chinese American boy. He was 18 years old and he wanted to be a doctor. Nick invited his friends to New York because he found a summer job for Billy. Billy and Michelle talked to their parents and they gave them permission to go to New York.
Chapter 2: The big apple Billy and Michelle knew Nick’s aunt and uncle. The next day Michelle unpacks and went for a walk to China Town Billy and Nick went to their new job in a museum near to central park. They knew Professor Sthephan Moresco, he was 50 years old, he was tall, thin, and he had long gray hair and small glasses. He received them in his dark office with east Europe maps on the walls. He gave them the instructions of the job (they had to use uniform, collect tickets, and watch visitors and nobody can touch any object in the museum). Mr. Moresco talked to them about the show and about the Vampire Tear a special diamond with a big value. Chapter 3: Opening Night The opening night was an elegant reception with drinks and food. It was an exhibition around the museum’s floors. The guests could enjoy learning about European culture, paints, and maps. Nancy Wilson (30 years old, blond hair and glasses) asked to Professor Moresco if she could take some picture. Then Professor Moresco explains to his guests that Transilvania was a land of vampires that the world has many unsolved mysteries and vampires are one of them. In the middle of the 3rd floor was the Vampire Tear in a glass table, it was a beautiful and awesome diamond. Near to the diamond had a chest, a vampire’s chest. A bald and elegant man called Samuel Sims asked to Moresco why the diamond didn’t has any protection that somebody could steal. Moresco said that the museum had a modern infrared system and video cameras working 24 hours. Nick an Billy knew Victor and Danitsa the cleaners they used long dark jackets and they looked like poor and hungry Chapter 4: It’s gone The museum had two security guards Max (hispano, 40 years old) an Phil (tall, 50 years old) A Friday morning when Max opened the museum he found the body of Phil, he was dead, and somebody had stolen the Vampire Tear. The detective Bradley Ellis was working on this mysterious case but he didn’t know which was the reason for the death of Phil, he needed to see the results of the autopsy. Michelle, Nick and Billy decided to investigate what happened the night of the murder. They suspect of Moresco, the cleaners and Samuels Sims. Chapter 5: Midnight at central park The detective Ellis investigates the video but it didn’t show anything unusual. Michelle went to the museum show and when she saw the chest she felt cold very cold The guys decided to fallow the cleaners but they were very fast they lost them. They decided they had to investigate more.
Chapter 6: Vampires Scare Two more victims were found dead in Central Park. Michelle started to read about vampires to find some information to compare with characteristics of people who worked in the museum. They discovered that the cleaners had all the characteristics as a vampire (they came from the east of Europe) They planed be inside the museum when the cleaners where there. Chapter 7: A cloud of dust Billy and Nick explained to Max the plan. They were hiding in the Max office. They saw to Victor and Danitza came into the Transilvania room and when they opened the chest then they disappeared, after that they became in two black bat flying around the room. Nick took some pictures with his cell phone he showed then to the detective and Billy and Nick told to detective Ellis all that they had seen. Professor Moresco said that The Vampires Tear had returned to the rightful owners. Victor and Danitza were Dracula and his wife Kriza and Moresco always knew the truth. Moresco was loyal to Dracula and Dracula helped to him to make a successful show in the museum.
